We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was really friendly and went out of their way to help us with parking. The location was convenient with a good ramen place nearby and convenience shops and a drugstore in walking distance. The rooms were clean and the beds were really comfy. The breakfast was delicious and included face creams/lotions. The hotel also provided us with 6 hangers in the room.
Nothing that we didn't like.

This hotel is excellent value for money, offering affordable prices and attention to detail. Its central location near the city centre is ideal, with reasonably priced onsite parking. The staff provide great service and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The rooms are comfortable and feature large windows, providing ample natural light. Plus, the breakfast included in the rate is a fantastic bonus, and the free drink during happy hour adds an extra touch of hospitality.
All was satisfactory, couldn't ask for more.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The rates are reasonable, especially considering that breakfast is included. The rooms are compact, but still comfortable and clean. I particularly liked the large windows, which provided a lot of natural light. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the attention to detail, such as the free welcome drink and nibbles during happy hour.
All was good, nothing to complain about.

We stayed at this hotel during winter and it was within walking distance of the city centre and some good restaurants. The room was clean and had a self-service shelf with useful free stuff. Breakfast was good and had a decent spread. Staff were friendly and happy to help with directions, and the free drink during Happy Hour was a nice treat.
The hotel doesn't have a gym, pool or onsen.

The hotel provided great value for money, with a comfortable and clean room, and a good breakfast spread. The location was conveniently located near a bus stop for easy access to nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering assistance with checking attraction opening times despite the language barrier.
While the room was comfortable, it was slightly warm at times, and opening the window caused noise from the wind. However, this was a minor inconvenience and did not detract from an overall pleasant stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the bus stop, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast was good with a variety of options. The room was comfortable and clean, making for a relaxing stay.
The staff seemed to lack knowledge about the bus routes and gave us some wrong information which wasted our time. The parking setup was inconvenient and took a while to maneuver.

This hotel truly exceeded our expectations. the value for money was unbeatable. Not only did our room have a balcony with a lovely view, but it also had a microwave and washing machine, adding convenience to our stay. The location of this hotel was also a major plus, as it was situated on the main street and only a short walk away from the train station. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
No major complaints, everything was more than satisfactory.
